I'm not sure about my *favorite* John Waters quote because there are quite a few. One of the best ever is a deleted scene from Pink Flamingos that contains the term "cunt eyes". In the 25th anniversary edition of the film, Waters gives commentary, and of this terms he says "Cunt eyes? What was I thinking??"
