My, what a stunning bird-cape you have, Spinoza

The birds are house sparrows and ring-necked parakeets. They symbolize the birth of enlightened liberal tolerance; the sparrows are a native European species and the parrots are an Afro-Asian species that migrated to Europe and established colonies. On Spinoza's cape they co-exist in harmony. For CWA. (click photo for better detail)

Thoughts? Animal correspondent?

Surely a pro-immigration political act. Though the presence of feral parakeet populations in Amsterdam dates only to the 1970s, they have been naturalized through memorialization in public sculpture and association with Spinoza.
